25twenty – Lubbock, TX

25twenty is a high-density, upscale student housing development serving the Texas Tech University community that is located on Marsha Sharp Freeway across from Jones AT&T Stadium in Lubbock, Texas. The complex connects via pedestrian sky bridge to the mixed-use Raider Park Garage, which includes ground-level retail, an 11-level parking garage and a rooftop bar offering views of the adjacent football stadium. TBG helped create a vision for the development rooted in connectivity and focused on student living. The scope included the design of two courtyards—a more active courtyard with sand volleyball and a fire pit in addition to a more passive one with a pool, hammocks, trellises and a center island bar. TBG also conducted sight line studies from the garage terrace to the stadium and designed the development’s streetscape.

A pedestrian sky bridge connects to the adjacent parking with ground-floor shops and a rooftop bar.
